I'm not Kenyan but listening to this episode made me feel quite concerned for the country of my birth,Guyana. Every last word spoken here by this distinguished gentleman mirrors everything that's happening in my country.Guyana,my country of birth has so many natural resources but yet more than 85% of the country's citizens are living way beneath poverty. We are relatively new in the oil sector, one of the best crude in the world but still after pumping oil for over three years now we are no better from where we were more than twenty seven years ago.Our government has been one of the worst in history. The deal signed is considered one of the worst in history in the world. For example, our deal is 98% to 2%,yea,I know many might say that we should be rejoicing.Let me surprise you. That 98% doesn't goes to Guyana 😢infact the 2% is what comes to us as a country.I still can't accept this deal.

Hon. Onyonka Sir, you are a brilliant leader a person of very high integrity. Thanks for bringing the reality that was unknown to the citizens though inflation and poverty exists. Though it will take much time to control corruption, please amplify this to the leadership and help streamline the 'broken down' system. Business if any nature with Adani is a total reject

Thank you Lynn for being an open platform for discussions such as these. Personally I am so depressed and frustrated because all of us regardless of tribe or political affiliation can see something is seriously wrong with this government. It has no wisdom AT ALL and is taking Kenya in a very wrong direction. All for a few individuals to benefit. Unbelievable! I don't know the solutions, I'm a mere citizen, but I hope we all get angry enough to make or at the very least contribute towards change. It starts with discussions such as these that get us thinking right again. So that we don't make a mistake of voting such a corrupt, tone-deaf government ever again. Who would stop Linda Mama and Kazi kwa Vijana? Why are they supporting brain drain by exporting jobs? Anyone can see Adani is wrong. An airport is a strategic national asset. How can we hand it over to a FOREIGN company to run? With all the security concerns in this world today? Why are we killing young people's dreams of going to University by making it unattainable? Would some of these politicians have degrees if these policies were enacted in their time? This government is simply MAD. All I can pray is for God to protect and bless our country Kenya. Because the current leadership is nothing to write home about.
