If the voting process is done with direct Ballot Paper system then the Ballot vote system can be renovated and survived with highly security keeping through arrangements of "scroll ballot paper outing box" system, from which ballot paper will be outed, then cutting ballot paper will be given to voters to cast vote. There will be taken "ballot in box" to drop voted ballot paper. After casting vote ballot will be inserted into a transparent plastic cover with gum sealed then into an envelope, this envelope will be sealed with gum. (Ballot paper not to be opened from plastic cover on vote counting day.) Ballot paper and envelope will be prior signed (on back side) by presiding officer, polling officers and polling agents. A barcode or QR code to be affixed on ballot paper. Polling personnel (presiding officer, polling officers) including security personnel (if necessary) and political parties' agent's signed papers will be affixed on "ballot in box" aperture and "ballot outing box" aperture after polling completion. Another signed paper will be made for vote counting day's comparison with the affixed signed papers on ballot boxes aperture. Another copies signed papers will be given to each political parties' agents. All signed papers will be inserted into envelope and to be sealed with gum. Back side of these envelope will be signed by presiding officer and polling officers. Also that a register book will be existed, which will have two parts - voters thumb impression part and another part is voter's acknowledge (cut out) part consist of the same serial number of the scroll ballot paper from "ballot outing box" machine. Presiding officer, other polling personnel will sign on these both part. In case of absentees voters, this is to be mentioned in the register book and outing scroll ballot paper, (absentees voters' ballot papers) to be kept separately. Non-fingered people will be exempted from thumb impressions. Whole voting process, ballot boxes transporting process from polling booth to strong room, strong room to vote counting rooms security, strong rooms security and vote counting process etc will be observed with CCTV camera, videography recording and other advanced technology and security. There will be given to all voters at their home a secret number like an ATM pin number system. This pin number will be mentioned in the voting register book, whenever a voter comes to the polling booth. If necessary, this pin number mentioned in the voting register book will be verified with the election commission's supply pin number at the time of vote counting. Vote counting officers will be immediately signed on ballot paper voted part row to cut the envelope in the time of vote counting. Other advanced technology and security may be taken to renovate and survive the ballot vote system.
