@MadmanWithABox14 - there are some charts if you search on Google Images, but I'd recommend choosing a story that interests you (8th Doctor/10th Doctor/Dalek Strategist...) and follow that order.

Before you make fun of how “ugly” it looks, this was made in 2020, that year we all know and love, they only had five months to make something that was an hour long, they used Unity so they could finish it before the deadline, which unfortunately made it looked rushed and other stuff.

I like how the Daleks have 1940's to early 1960's retro styled saucers. 1940's-1960's had the best UFOs & UAPs.

I had never seen these episodes before. Pretty interesting watch. I like the idea of doing animated short series that focus on villians and other species/races of the Whoniverse. There's so many good ones to focus on. I'd love a Martian short series, about that Martian reptile race, and of course, a Cyberman series would be cool, and maybe an Ood series. Lots of possibilities.

i really love the doctorless element of this. its just two or more species trying to deal with each other and the struggle, the strategy, politics, cunning, ruthlessness is palpable and well executed! also loving the different dalek voices for each specialist on the emperor's war council

Would love to see more of this kind of thing but given more time and better resources to be made. In some ways doing a poor job is worse than not doing it at all. And that's not to say that the animation team didnt do well, its more that the circumstances were stacked against them for making something to their true potential

Guys, I think we’re about to find out if David is actually portraying as the Fourteenth Doctor, or if it’s actually just an illusion by the toy maker. You see, I’m going to see him on Sunday in Basingstoke. And I might get to ask him a couple of questions. I won’t ask him too much, but I will ask the question that I think was on everyone’s minds before Power of the Doctor: Is David Tennant the Fourteenth Doctor?

Yes, but think about it. I understand that they changed the clothes because it would be completely silly to see David in Jodie’s clothes, but what about the reason they did it for the story? Let’s just say that if they didn’t do it for that reason, don’t you think it’s odd that this is the only regeneration where the clothes changed at the same time? Even when the Master turned the Doctor into him the clothes didn’t change. Why now? And remember that the toy maker is here now, and he probably created the illusion. I think it’s worth asking him just to clear things up.

Doing a series with daleks, which are fairly easy to animate, is very different to doing a full serial.

@@argorath That very much depends on the animation studio, their tools and competencies. Animation technology is a lot better than it used to be. The difference is in how people use it and what the BBC are willing to spend. Compare the awful 'sausage-arms' single animated episode of The Web of Fear to the glorious full animations of Fury From The Deep or The Faceless Ones, for instance.
