1.5 degrees C is dead, it died a long time ago. This year is already 1.5 above pre-industrial levels. and will most certainly increase (I would be amazed if it's only 3 by the end of the century) . Simple arguments are available Mr.Lammy, just ask me if you have half an hour to spare. Tony blair told us it be kept below 0.7, Brown promised 1.0 Cameron 1.2, now your on 1.5, and you have all been talking absolute twaddle!
