When the jury came in, Judge Doris liked everyone to stand as a single of respect. Let’s just say everyone had to stand when the POS entered the room, I genuinely think he would have looked around, noted who wasn’t standing, and then put a complaint in about them. Once DB realized that Judge Dorow was not bowing down or walking out of the trial he turned the entire trial into a personal battle with her. He had a male Judge removed before the trial started. Claimed he didn't like the first one's attitude towards him. This trial was DB battle with Judge Dorow. He was shot down during the first leg of that battle. Proceeded to play wounded by choice. He held onto the hammer while pushing each nail in his new house. Solitary Confinement.

The defendant is literally convicting himself! The state could have sat back & presented almost nothing. By this defendants behavior & antics in the courtroom, the jury is getting to see who he truly is, that he is incapable of following simple rules, has uncontrollable anger, entitlement and has no respect for anyone in authority. I assure you, this does not sit well w/juries. As awful as this has been to watch, he’s made the states case for them. I noticed that when he fired his lawyers and wanted to defend himself the prosecutions tactics changed. They didn't have any of the injured victims testify. They broke it down to the bare minimum of people to prove their case. The court didn't want anyone who had been injured by this person (uses term loosely) having to be questioned by him. So everyone who testified was someone who had evidence that could alone convict him and that wasn't seriously injured or killed. So you if you knew someone or were injured wouldn't have been called as a witness or even permitted in the room. This prosecution did a fantastic job of making sure he didn't cause any further harm to the victims in this case.

Listening to his questions of witnesses is beyond maddening. Non of the questions are intended to provide him a defense. He asks questions because he wants to know the answers to things he is curious about, not to solicit evidence and information from the witnesses to aid in his defense. He might as well be asking, "What did you eat for breakfast?", or "it's safe to safe you woke up this morning and came to court because you were issued a subpoena?", or "Do you recall that you were at the parade and something happened, is that safe to say?" Ugh!!!!!!!! And then some of the questions he asks just prove the state's case, so he is doing their job.

At the end she read his psych reports and said that she had read them prior to trial so knew what she was going to be dealing with and prepared herself. She's the Chief district judge so she's been around awhile and clearly went in with a plan to avoid a mistrial, preserve the record to avoid an appeal and get the trial done before the anniversary.
