Its string.. make sure you are giving date correctly and in right ISO format

(latestfile -1 sec): can u elaborate this, I didn't understand

we already picked last modified date of latest file. Now to select that file we will use date filter, file which is modified after certain date. So instead of giving exact time we are reducing 1 sec so that our start time is always smaller than the latest file. Solution may work without this step as well, i did not try that
