Tesoro made some great detectors. They could discriminate out trash better than any other detector and had great separation. I've still got six Tesoro's. Love the little Cibola and Outlaw the best. The Cibola is a turn and go detector, but it will find the money and rings. The Outlaw has to be ground balanced, but it will go deep as will also the Cibola if you super tune it.

That detector is perfect for your style of hunting. It’s funny the only ones making out these days with detectors are the manufactures and the credit card companies 😂

Found heaps with the Tesoro golden saber, the Royal Saber had adjustable surface blanking the only machine I know of that had that feature. Have you ever come across that feature in a machine, I must dig them out of retirement and get them going again 🤔

Surface blanking is a great concept if you are going for deeper targets. Newer machines should have an adjustable overload response. Bring those old Tesoros out of retirement and start smacking some targets.

Does the tesoro compadre outperform the Deus 2 in any department?

Tesoro gone the way of whites ,belly up.cant speak for other tesoros but the sand shark sucked.had no depth at all lucky to get a quarter in sand at 5 inches
