Have used my Anfibio for the last year and ready to give it a new big brother lol. Tear it up and find the goodies. What city ate you in? i bought a legend from amazon and really liked it, then i started having problems with it so i sent it off for warranty and now i don't know where it is and service center doesn't return a call or email. how did Jim get his warrantied? who does he call?

Thanks for watching and commenting Tony. Minelab and Nokta are very good detectors for a reasonable price. Xterra Pro, Vanquish or the Simplex would be a great upgrade from what you have now.

Congrats Paystreak on the Barber Quarter, Sir if you would, I noticed that you did a test with your V3i in your test garden, your swing speed is still faster than what I swing but your getting a much faster response with tone and vdi, is there anyway you could reply to this comment with your delay and rx gain and any other settings that could at least speed up the tone that you hear, I have tried several things and I still get a pause as when the coil passes over the target and hearing a tone, I have the Vx3 but its quite similar to the V3i, thanks Paystreak. Recovery delay at a low setting will increase the response speed. If you set the ground filter to band pass 10hz that should clean up the tones a little for 4"-6" deep coins. High pass filters are for swinging slow and going deep. Band pass filters are for penetrating hot ground and sweeping faster. 10hz band and high pass filters work good in most ground, swinging at a moderate speed. High pass filters can become unstable and give falsing if you swing too fast. Band pass filters can miss lots of 6" and deeper targets if you are swinging too fast. Recovery delay and the right filters is how to figure the V3 out. Filters are one of the most important aspects with the V- Series machines. I will try to post a video I made about filters on the V3i tomorrow.

I have not messed with the suppressor much. We hunt in mineralized ground and do very well with the suppressor at 0

The Legend is much more tunable to different soils, the beach and gold. The Legend costs just a little bit more than the Xterra. If you want jewelry...smaller coils are the way to go.

Both machines are comparable in performance. Nox has had problems for years with leaking control box, coil ears and armcuffs breaking. The Nox has been plagued with failures. The Legend is about half the price!!

Finds like that are hard to beat! Just goes to show that you don't need a huge coil. I find old silver at just a few inches if the soil hasn't been moved.

You also don’t need a expensive detector to hunt old homes. A teknetics T2 will work just fine.. Targets are not deep.

My setting may not work great for other users. I suggest starting with a single frequency. Learn what that frequency's limits are. Keep your recovery speed high and work your way to a lower recovery speed.. Then go to multi. If you try to go deep at first...you will surely struggle. My soil needs a fast recovery speed to penetrate the minerals. I usually have set 8-10. I like park and field modes 60 tone

im in the uk ,i do what do parks and commons a bit like yourself ,tell me do u find uk coins over there cus i have found dimes quarter and just the other a day a 50 cent piece gold in color stars all around the edge just saying ,u see there r no utubers over here that will do what u we do / 2 scared

I do find Euros once in a while, have found shillings before. Curb strips are brutal because high EMI, lots off dog poop, loud traffic, lots of trash on surface and a few Karens. Most people in my area are very cool about it because they always see me out there and know me.

@@PaystreakSuperfreak we have shillings yes but not euros .copper pennies i was talking about .we have no curbs strips .do u have commons not parks common land where it belongs 2 the ppl so no permission needed .i keep telling the utubers over here 2 try a common but as 1 told me he would b scared,i look at it this way farm land as always been farm land ,where commons r where ppl go 4 a pick nic or 2 fool about ie football just general play u dont get ppl doing that on farm land as a rule .but im not in it 4 the relics im in it 2 make some cash but like yourself ,after all the machine as 2b paid 4 .they have no idea what they r missing apart from the odd gold ring i have found the best i have had was a pressed steel belt victorian intact lots of silver trinkits .go each day with my dog dont really have any karen moments ,but there will always b 1 about .like u they know me by now but then i do maintian the pool on the common i do .thanx 4 getting back ,and good luck,ho ye im 72 comming only dig 70s up wards 2 old 2b digging everything take care
