If someone is new to this industry and doesn't have your experience, where do you recommend starting as a dispatcher? I see you know which areas your driver wouldn't go to and which area has some issues going there in terms of road and other issues. Is there any way to learn those things in a short time?

Hi Enis. You have very informative videos which are definitely helpful. I'm thankful for your efforts. If I'm not mistaken you were speaking the Czech language with your driver, right? The way it sounds is similar to the Polish language

Hey Enis, how do you quickly add the broker as certificate holder to your insurance?

Hello, usually your insurance agent will provide you with a website and login information where you can do that

Enis, question for you: In your experience dealing with different load boards, do you find many loads that CAN be arranged in such a way that a weekend/holiday used for delivery/driving. In other words, if a driver wants to optimize his truck usage and wants to work on weekends and holidays is there much market for such loads? --- thank you for your informative videos.
@NeverStopTRK2 жыл бұрын
You are welcome. You can definitely find loads on weekends and holidays. I do it all the time. The key is not to wait until the last moment. Start looking the minute you know where and when the truck is going to be. As long as you find something by Friday around noon, you should be fine. Sometimes, you can even find loads on Saturday morning but that's hit and miss. Also, don't be too picky, there is not much to choose from on a weekend, so it's better to book a load for an average rate, than nothing.

hello, is it true that some shippers wont work with carriers who are under there 90 days or even under 6 months driving? Also do carriers get fined for not delivering on time? Thank you for the content!!
@NeverStopTRK2 жыл бұрын
Yes, a lot of them will not work with carriers who are less than 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12 or even 24 months old and that also includes brokers. Some of them require a side road inspection by the the DOT. Carriers can get fined for late deliveries unless the notify the broker (or direct shipper if they are working with one) ahead of time with a valid reason.
