I run Amazon relay rates are terrible. Rates were good for first 3 weeks of December then dropped. You basically have to prove yourself to Amazon that you can run loads then slowly you’ll get more loads available. But still ridiculous low rates. I booked many loads then arrived at the warehouse then it would get cancelled, all you get is $175. You have to wait for your departure time to leave and receive the tonu.

Great video, i think you should've also implemented the Robot they have now, I've been able to communicate with robot in terms of negotiating the price, and at times I was able to change loads pick up time, as well as changing a solo load to a team driver load. Even though the robot isn't the best atm, it is a new addition, and it does help a lot, because you have the ability to negotiate on a load now

The general liability for 1M is less than $1000 a year and a lot of brokers require it. It's worth to have it just because, regardless of Amazon Relay.

Is there a reason a reefer can't take a van load? I see some of the brokers post for VR and some just do V. If you had a Reefer and didn't have any loads near by would the brokers turn you down if you tried to grab a Load that was only posted for Dry Van?

You can always ask them if it can load on a reefer even it's posted as a van only. A lot of times they will allow it. Some shippers will require a van due to various reasons, so best to check with them first.

For those 2 Forklifts without a key, they can always get a locksmith out there to cut new keys. That ranges from about $50-$150 per key.

Our goal is to have the highest net pay for the owner-operator. The "high" gross does not matter much if you are running 2 ELDs, risking your life and your safety score, and spending $2000 in fuel.

It could be for a variety of reasons. Could be that they filled up their tanks on the last day of the last billing period. Could be they are paying with their own money. I really don't question them about that. But if you take all weekly settlements together and get the the average it will be right there around 1k a week.

Been subscribed to you for a while now brate appreciate everything you do I’ve learned a lot watching your videos. My biggest question is I came across your video when you said about how DAT updated their rules and now to dispatch you can only get onto DAT by getting “added” on by a carrier and can only dispatch for that carrier only. My question is how is someone who wants to start their own trucking dispatching how am I supposed to find other carriers when the only way I can get onto DAT is being “added” by that 1 carrier and can only solely dispatch for them.

No one said you have to dispatch that one carrier only with that DAT account. You can dispatch other carriers as well. You just can't post their trucks.

@ Aha dobro brate I maybe misunderstood. I emailed DAT myself trying to figure out how to create a account as a dispatcher and this is what they exactly replied back to me “DAT does not offer dispatcher-only accounts. If you wish to dispatch for a DAT customer you would need to speak with them directly to see if they would be willing to add you as a user to their account to dispatch for them. You would not be able to use this access to dispatch for other companies, as it would be solely for the company that added you to their services” So to me it sounds like I have to approach each carrier to add me onto the account so I can dispatch for them but how am I suppose to start my own business and it looks bad to do that. I’m supposed to sell my pitch for them to use my services but then at the end I have to tell them they have to create an account for me. Just sounds weird to me idk why DAT would make it like that so I was hoping you could give me some ideas or point me in the right direction of how to do that? Sorry for the long message brate.

I use 90%rubbing alcohol in my washer fluid 1 bottle and a half it keeps things from freezing and the wipes will free up ice on them run them slow and then fast all is good
