I used to work in criminal defence in the uk too, (was never a solicitor or barrister though) and I've never seen anything like this.... its for sure addictive... like watching a accident happening, you dont WANT to watch the car crash but can't take your eyes off of it! And I've been a part of some pretty serious and ridiculous stuff over here in the UKas i would imagine you have... but this is just unbelievable!

@naturallyblonderockingred it's shocking what havoc a group of alleged sociopaths can cause when led by an attorney with a licence to practice law. Allegedly. Previously I was with the Crown Prosecution Service for six years. Like you I thought I'd seen it all. This case is a roller-coaster. Hopefully SLAPP can be applied to this case.

@6-kids-uk absolutely! This case and the Karen Read/John Okeefe case has blown my mind! I think society today is screwed.... there certainly seems a lot of mentally screwed up people/ just crappy humans around in today's society.... I think we need to go back to a society where if you break the law, and it can be 100% proven, that you should lose ALL human rights and privileges.... that prison should be a place that is your worst nightmare and so bad that you never want to step foot in there again. I genuinely believe that people NEED something to fear, in order to keep them in line and civilised in any society.... it used to be that religion was the ultimate "Threat" of punishment. The ultimate thing that kept people from committing heinous acts.... then laws and parents ..... now, parents aren't allowed to discipline, the courts are a joke with their sentencing often, nobody else can discipline those needing it because of "human rights" ... theres nothing to fear anymore and look where that's got societies.... more mental health issues, more sociopaths/psychopaths etc. And a society that takes offence at the smallest things and go out to ruin folk because of it. Its scary how humanity looks in today's era vs 40/50 years ago! And makes me truly worried for future generations because I don't see it getting any better anytime soon. Now don't get me wrong, while I think folk need to fear serious repercussions to keep them on the straight and narrow, I don't condone parents beating their child black and blue and going to extremes in that manner, but I do think the odd spanking or clip round the ear doesn't hurt anyone and believe that the law should be your worst consequence to your actions, even considering death penalty.... 🤷. Positive reinforcements to form behaviour only goes so far.. you have to have negative consequences too that you fear, and everyone fears different things. Happy new year to you! Re going for Jeremy in the nastiest of ways by inviting his son to tell his story. The 2 fleas detailed yesterday how they counseled the son beforehand and a lawyer was present. If you look at the facts, even if Jeremy wins against Lienut and Crook, he will be losing money. First off, he is spending and has spent more than those 2 losers have. Second, I believe that Florida has a homesteading law that precludes them taking the property to satisfy a judgement. If that is the case, he loses. Not only that, but if she uses the money they have scammed others to sending, to build a house on the property, the Homesteading rules will not allow them to touch it, so she gets the house for free. I could be wrong, I was wrong once before.

They must apply for a homestead exemption, not the one on their taxes. Also she can only claim up to 5k in assets, same for cook. They also have to file exemption separately even if both names are on the deed or mortgage. Otherwise plaintiff can go to sheriff and get an order to have them removed from property.

And i hope, truly hope, that hes taught a legal lesson or 2, and that he can learn from the lessons hes going to be taught and become a better person (which lets be honest isnt hard given his morals and personality is lower than a snakes belly) because of it.... i truly doubt that will happen, because, just like those folk who think physically, emotionally and mentally wrecking someone to make them tisolate from everyone else and totally relient on them, they never learn they just pick new "victims".its who they are and theyll never change, just like, in my opinion, BBB. He talks about how they asked for practically nothing, a mere gesture.... isnt that all Jeremy asked for? He thinks because he asked for the "gesture" of removing thumbnails and titles referring to LP&JC, it should be done because its nothing to the other side? Well, Jeremy asked them to shut their mouth, stop with the defamation, and generally just leave them alone, by way of a cease and desist, and then a protection order etc etc, giving them plenty of opportunity for them to do so in a "gesture" to stop it getting this far! And that would have literally cost them nothing! They dont do youtube or rely on videos that may alter the financial aspect by doing what BBB wants from Larry and co, all theyd have to do is stop sh*ttalking.... and they couldnt do it. So why does he think anyone will do anything at their request with underlying threats when his clients couldnt do the same... heremy said stop or end up in court.... they didnt stop.... they ended up in court! BBB and co are nothing but bullies.... which is why theyve not threatened tug and other people the way that they have others they see as weak targets. And bullies never stop, they just move on to other victims when it either gets boring for them or someone stands up to them! Pathetic!

Not a double standard. A divorce isn't criminal, Lynette's behavior has been everywhere she has lived. Moving as much as she has, changing her name frequently, leaving the social media footprint that she has paints a picture of who Lynette and John Cook really are.

Everything Jeremy has mentioned is evidence that her past behavior matches her present behavior. Most people would reconsider their actions after receiving a Cease and Desist letter, stop engaging Jeremy, and spend their time doing other things in life. Imagine the growth the Turtle Rescue could experience if she spent as much time on Facebook promoting it rather than defaming Jeremy, or work a job, earn money and build an actual home. It's 2025 for Lynette and John, too. They had decent housing, its not far out of reach for them if they commit to making better choices and stop wasting effort on dishonest behavior.
