Hey I have been trying to get my keystep to connect to the sq64 i made a type A cable and set both up to chat over midi, but there is no dice, did you get a keyboard to work with the sq64 ? I watched loopops vid and he has a keyboard connected ok, really frustrating thanks for any help

Yes, you can get a keyboard to work. The SQ-64 is indeed type A. And then you will need to activate it in the “global” menu.

yeah i think i have to turn off midi over usb, I can use it through my DAW with usb. Ty for your help.
