Cheers to the Finest Young Pianist of this generation!! There is no one that finds the guys ( all amazing) who put ( S) into the word swing. Emmett brings joy to everyone who even walks by a second of his work. He deserves the accolades of Errol Garner both for his playing arrangements and spontaneity. I would kill to clean his Kitchen just to hear them live. Thank you for all love you put into what you do. Peace

Strange to think that it took about 40 years from Buddy Bolden to Dizzy, Miles, Clark Terry, Fats Navarro…But when Freddie Hubbard created his style (about 60 years after Bolden), who would have assumed that another 60 later it would still be considered the dernier cri?

This session is like opening a Treasure Chest of Glistening Gold, Emeralds and Diamonds. I love the way allayall wrap this thing up in the last 10 min.. It's the pinnacle of Minimum motion with Maximum Results productivity. Liquid horn & sax 4 sure. Bass & Percussion is absolutely refined. That big Boss Sax is Smokin with them low end notes. The piano is the stitched up seam that holds it all together.
