Miracles are happening for me and even in my family! I was delivered from over a decade of opiate addiction when God woke me up (I like to call it that...from darkness and deception to Christ's light and truth) no desire to use NO withdrawal! I should have been sick beyond comprehension for weeks on and after that many years, I had tried many times before and failed. I can do nothing outside of Him! He bore my sin for me, miracles are real, healing is happening, the Holy Spirit is moving! Continue to pour out Your Spirit Abba Father! I will seek you all of my days!

Being a Christian is a personal relationship with God. Christians go to church to obey and worship God, and to fellowship with brothers and sisters. We don’t go just to say we went, like some people who aren’t born again. Yes people have started false Christian denominations with many followers like JWs and Mormons. Also their are many lukewarm carnal Christians but true born again Christians have a new heart to treat people like Christ did when He was on earth. And FORGIVENESS is rooted in LOVE. Luke 10:27💝 “He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’ and ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.”

My son, if you have decided to serve the Lord, prepare yourself for the trials. Keep your heart upright and remain resolute; do not be upset in the time of adversity. Hold fast to the Lord, do not separate yourself from him so that you may be successful to the end of your day. Accept all the happens to you, be patient when you are humbled, for as gold is tested in the fire, so those who acceptable to God are tested in the crucible of humiliation. Have confidence in him and he will take care of you; follow the right path and hope in him. You who fear the Lord, wait for his mercy and do not run away lest you fall. You who fear the Lord, trust him and you will not lose your reward. You who fear the Lord, hope for all good things, hope for eternal joy and mercy. Remember what happened to you ancestors. Who has ever trusted in the Lord and been confounded? Who has persevere and fear of the Lord and been abandoned? Who has call upon him and not being heard? For the Lord is compassion and loving-kindness; he forgives our sins and save us in times of distress. Woe to the faint of hearts and weak hands, to the sinners who waver between two paths. Woe to the faint-hearted who lack confidence, because of this they will not be protected. Woe to you who have lost patience! What will you do when the Lord calls you to account? Those who fear the Lord do not disobey his Commandments; those who love him faithfully keeps his Law. Those who fear the Lord keep their hearts ready and humble themselves in his presence saying, "Let us fall into the hands of the Lord and not into the hands of mortals, for great as his power is his mercy. God’s Wrath on Unrighteousness 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who [a]suppress the truth in unrighteousness, Romans 1:18
@rosaclapshaw364 Жыл бұрын
For I am not ashamed of the Good New, since it is God's powerful means of bringing salvation to everyone who keeps on trusting, to the Jew especially, but equally to the Gentile. For in it is revealed how God makes people righteous in his sight; and from the beginning to end it is through trust." What is revealed is God's anger from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people who in their wickedness keep suppressing the truth; because what is known about God is plain to them, since God has made it plain to them. For ever since the creation of the universe his invisible qualities ---- both his eternal power and his divine nature ---- have been clearly seen, because they can be understood from what he has made. Therefore, they have no excuse; because, although they know who God is, they do not glorify him as God or thank him. On the contrary, they have become futile in their thinking; and their undiscerning hearts have become darkened. Claiming to be wise, they have become fools! In fact, they have exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images, like mortal humans being, or like birds, animals or reptiles. This is why God has given them up to the vileness of their heart's lusts, to the shameful misuse of each other's bodies.They have exchanged the truth of God for falsehood, by worshipping and serving created things, rather than the Creator ---‐ praise be he for ever. Amen. This is why God has given them up to degrading passions; so that their women exchange natural sexual relations for unnatural; and likewise the men, giving up natural relations with the opposite sex, burn with passion for one another, men committing shameful acts with other men and receiving in their own persons the penalty appropriate to their perversion. In other words, since they have not considered God worth knowing, God has given them up to worthless ways of thinking; so that they do improper things. The Letter From Yeshua's Emissary Sha'ul (Paul)To The Messianic Community In Rome. (Must read the whole letter) This is a portion of Chapter 2🌿

Regarding the question as to whether death existed for animal and plant life before Adam and Eve's sin, Genesis 2:9 states that the tree of life was in the center of the garden and Adam and Eve could eat of it. After the fall, God expelled Adam and Eve from the garden, stating in Genesis 3:22: And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.” Death likely ruled over ALL creation except Adam and Eve as they had access to the tree of life. Whatever was in the fruit sustained their mortal bodies. God expressly states that if they continued to eat of it, they would live forever and not die a physical death. God did not want them to live in a fallen state separated from Him forever, so he expelled them, which would one day result in their physical death also. Even more, Romans 5:12 is not referencing physical death anyway, but spiritual death (Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned-Romans 5:12). God commanded Adam in Genesis 2 to not eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil "for in the day that you eat of it, you will surely die.” Adam and Eve did not physically die on the day they ate the fruit, but hundreds of years later. However, on that day they died spiritually and were separated from God by sin, thus the need for Jesus to restore our relationship with God by satisfying what justice demanded.

Yes, common grace. What Joe Schmoe athiest doesn't realize is that whether you know it or not, God's common grace falls on everyone. Just because he doesn't acknowledge God doesn't mean God isn't working in his life. Every breath we breathe is a gift from God. He's the author, giver, and sustainer of life. Plus, all the good things we enjoy in this life come from him. Love, sex, beauty, relationships, scientific discovery, knowledge, intelligence, pleasure, and so on. The athiest will not acknowledge God and ignore him, but that doesn't mean they can't experience his goodness thru these things. To say you don't need God in this life, so you won't need God in the next, is just completely missing the point of this life in the first place. Ignorance is not bliss, ultimately.

In reply to the young man with the question about God wiping out all of people with the flood, etc... We cannot put our values on life on to God, He is the Creator, but I built my shed, I created it...I don't worry about destroying and rebuilding what I created... by the very nature of His being the Creator puts God outside of our values, just as He is outside of time, space and matter
@tonygoodkind7858 Жыл бұрын
1. Why is your analogy a _shed_ rather than a _child?_ I suspect it's because you know how horrible you'd sound if you "didn't worry" about destroying a child you created. 2. Many Christians interpret Hebrews 10:16 ("I will put my laws in their hearts") as meaning that a Christian's heartfelt beliefs about right/wrong are objective morality. Given this, do you (A) disagree with that interpretation of the Bible, or (B) agree with it but think there's genuinely nothing wrong with murdering nearly every human in a painful way (drowning) without any attempt at reconciliation? Even if you use the "out" (by choosing "A"), I genuinely don't understand how you could possibly reserve judgement for someone behaving like that. That seems crazy to me.

Jesus died for the eternal consequences of sin NOT for the mortal consequences of sin. Think about this... If Jesus died for both the eternal and mortal consequences of sin then all true born again Christians would become immortal beings the moment they are saved, but that isn't the case our bodies still die. We are all suffering the mortal consequences of sin, but if we choose to believe (trust) the gospel (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) then we won't suffer the eternal consequences of sin because Jesus paid for the eternal consequences of sin by dying for our sins on the cross.

Hello. I am an atheist. I define atheism as suspending any acknowledgement as to the existence of a god until sufficient evidence is introduced. My position is that *_I have no good reason to acknowledge the existence of gods._* And here is the evidence as to why I currently hold to such a position. Below are 10 facts I must consider when evaluating the claim made by theists that a god exists. To be clear, these are not premises for an argument concluding there to be no gods. These are simply facts I take into account when evaluating the claim. 1. I personally have never observed a god. 2. I have never encountered a person whom has claimed to have observed a god. 3. I know of no accounts of persons claiming to have observed a god that were willing or able to demonstrate or verify their observation for authenticity, accuracy, or validity. 4. I have never been presented a valid logical argument which also employed sound premises that lead deductively to a conclusion that a god(s) exists. 5. Of the 46 logical syllogisms I have encountered arguing for the existence of a god(s), I have found all to contain either fallacies or false or unsubstantiated premises. 6. I have never observed a phenomenon in which the existence of a god was a necessary antecedent for the known or probable explanation for the causation of that phenomenon. 7. Several proposed (and generally accepted) explanations for observable phenomena that were previously based on the agency of a god(s), have subsequently been replaced with rational, natural explanations, each substantiated with evidence that excluded the agency of a god(s). I have never encountered _vice versa._ 8. I have never experienced the presence of a god through intercession of angels, divine revelation, the miraculous act of divinity, or any occurrence of a supernatural event. 9. Every phenomena that I have ever observed has *_emerged_* from necessary and sufficient antecedents over time without exception. In other words, I have never observed a phenomenon (entity, process, object, event, process, substance, system, or being) that was created _ex nihilo_ - that is instantaneously came into existence by the solitary volition of a deity. 10. All claims of a supernatural or divine nature that I have encountered have either been refuted to my satisfaction, or do not present as falsifiable. ALL of these facts lead me to the only rational conclusion that concurs with the realities I have been presented - and that is the fact that there is *_no good reason_* for me to acknowledge the existence of a god. I have heard often that atheism is the denial of the Abrahamic god. But denial is the active rejection of a substantiated fact once credible evidence has been presented. Atheism is simply withholding such acknowledgement until sufficient credible evidence is introduced. *_It is natural, rational, and prudent to be skeptical of unsubstantiated claims, especially extraordinary ones._* I welcome any cordial response. Peace.

Except for (5) which is rather steep, I can use the rest of the propositions for my skepticism of electrons and protons. It doesn’t follow electrons don’t exist. My personal requirements for the existence or presentation of evidence at my convenience doesn’t do diddly squat for what exists and what doesn’t exist

So whoever disobey the least of this mitzvot and teaches others to do so, will be called the least in the Kingdom of Heaven.
