hi There, I just got one onyx 1640i.. very exciting.. however I am having some hard time to have my plugins from my DAW ( Ableton Live, MainStage and or Logic Pro ) to be routed to the Aux channels on the Onyx. I am following all instruction, but no luck. Can you help? I really would like to use it for gigs...

Can you preview the sound before it goes to the mix? PFL I guess?

Yes you can always just hit the Solo button and take a listen through headphones first.

MackieTV thanks for a the answer but I stupidly asked the wrong question. What I wanted to ask is if you can preview the channel with all the channels that are going through the mix in your headphones before sending it to the mix?

No worries! This can be done as well. Just set your Solo Mode to AFL. You can then engage the Solo button on all used channels to hear them post fader. So you can have your main faders all the way down but still hear your mix. There are a couple different ways this can also be done depending on the model of VLZ4 but this one is pretty straightforward. Note: You can also select as many channels as you want in PFL mode as well.
