Do yourself a big favor and find Curtis' cd "More Than You Can Chew". It shows Curtis Salgado at his best.

Good evening, M. Lou 🤗 if You interested, I can write my recipe, but a little later. I fry eggplants, plus I am busy ironing now. ✨💖🌿🤗🤗🤗

@@elenaskrypnikova3472... Elena, thank you so much for offering to send your recipe, but it is extra work for you, so I am happy to try one of the recipes that I found on the internet instead. From what I read on Google, the cottage cheese pie recipe originated in Greece, and all the pictures featured a soft-cooked egg in the middle of the pie. Looked very good! Maybe the recipe is Russian, too, for all I know. You would be the expert on that! 🌹 🌹 🌼 🌺 🌷

Fantastic. Fortunate to have been driving past a BBQ place near Zigzag, Oregon around Christmas just before the pandemic and saw a reader board advertising Curtis Salgado & Lloyd Jones playing that evening. Place couldn’t have held more than 50 people. What an unbelievable treat. As valuable Oregon landmarks as Mt. Hood itself.

Joe and Eric did another in Huntsville, Al in April 2021! Beautiful exchange with joy and obvious camaraderie! I posted video on KZbin on an old iPhone but you can still feel how special it was!

Curtis played my club back in the late 80’s early 90’s (before the Seattle Grunge scene came with a vengeance) in Salem,Ore when he was heavy into the Portland scene then with the Stilleto’s ? Robert Cray & the Burnside Bombers etc Cool Dude . Harp player ?

Curtis is a killer harp player/singer extraordinaire. Curtis is my paternal grandfather's nephews son. Funny thing is me and my grandfather can also play harmonica, but Curtis took it to another level.

Curtis seems like a good, funny storyteller ... and poor Joe seems to have a cold. He's also put on the warm "jacket". At least it seems to me ... get well with a little delay
