Mighty fine plane. Sure hate I missed seeing y’all at Nall in The Fall. Sorry the weather was not so great. I was there the first weekend and the latter part of the week. We made the best of the situation. Hope to see you back at Joe Nall in 2022. 👍👍

I'm not into warbirds. Don't like the high wing loading, but that thing is great. Looks as good as it sounds. I hear what you said about the other pilots drowning out the sound. I rarely played the radio in my Porsche because I wanted to hear that engine noise.

Ali you should have electric start on that Kolm then you wouldn’t be out there with that starter. 😁 Looks and sounds good, but I love the sound of the 4 blade with that engine.

It’s already nose heavy. The elec starter option would be more weight in the wrong area. I want max performance, over the 4 blade look. Thus the 2 blade prop I am afraid. Give me that extra 50 mph top speed any day.

@@paulballard4243 he said he has a stabalizer system on his as2000 which doesnt exist. But there is an as3000 that does have as3x for gas models. But idk.

As3000 gyro all the way. I won’t operate a plane, but especially a scale plane or jet without one. I just screw it down, set it up and go. Vibration isolating mounts are already fitted to the 3000.
