It’s terrible and doctors in Australia have such a terrible understanding of how these mites work, how inadequate permethrin is and please tell doctors to stop gatekeeping ivermectin. Please make people understand surreptitious scabies, nodular scabies and the reality that some immune systems cannot fight them normally and they can live on your scalp. Please get moxidectin approved and why isn’t sulphur cream more available. Honestly after 1000s spent on treatment and doctors not recognising obvious symptoms I couldn’t be more frustrated. The infections and general fatigue is awful.
@wgehtdichnixan26803 жыл бұрын
Not only in Australia, also in Germany. These incompetent doctors are destroying lifes. They are not able to diagnose it, because they use only a few seconds to check your body and if they diagnose it, Permethrin is the only thing they know. And, they call Permethrin the gold standard. If permethrin does not work, the patient is not able to cream the body correct.....about 50times? Aha! But anyway, the whole medicine you can get is not working. I have checked everything. I used around 100packs of Ivermectin 4x3mg, I used Benzylbenzoate for weeks, I tried Moxidectin for horses, I tried Crotamitex and a lot of different natural remedies. Nothing helps. This is now for nearly 2 years!!! What will help? Gazoline and fire?

These demon mites I call them must have been in that used dresser that my son got.he left and I took it. I sprayed my room with PERMITHERIN but not my dresser they were in my clothes. Parathyroids don't work their immune to it ,! I found a website EARTH Clinic and the info on there was very helpful. Use 20 Mule Team Borax and 3% hydrogen peroxide! I mix 1 CUP of Borax and 2 CUPS OR MORE of Peroxide. Borax is made from a natural Boran soak in very hot bath for at least 45 MINUTES it's hard but worth it. Do this about 3 times a week. I've still have them. Going to a skin Dr. Very soon. I know PERMITHERIN DOES not work anymore we need ivermectin! I will throw a fit if I can't get these damn doctors to help me! 🤔😩

I think one of the first steps to solving the problem is making treatment more accessible without having to jump through all of the hoops the doctors put you through. Not everyone can afford repetitive doctor visits or repetitive prescriptions. It should not be so difficult for people to receive diagnosis and treatment for something so widespread and contagious. Treatment should be easily available without prescription.

I got a terrible infestation scalp to toes a couple of months ago from doing hoarding cleanup in an abandoned house. Tea tree oil, aloe vera gel, sulfur soap 3 x daily, get in ears, nostrils, treat scalp too. wash all clothes and bedding/towels daily. These things are super scabies, they are still alive in my car despite the fact that there's nothing to feed on in there and I clean and spray my car daily. The cdc says they can live for 3 days with no host, definitely not true. I think the cdc is wrong about how long you have to treat them, I've had to do it daily for 2 months and I'm just starting to get back to normal, it's exhausting fighting these buggers!

@@lindalewis5222 it turned out to be Morgellons disease, the scabies were apparently infected with Morgellons. In the end I had to get a prescription for 5% permethrin cream, left it on for 20 hrs, tons of things that looked like coffee grounds came out of my skin for days. Then I found red, blue, black and white fuzzballs in a few of the pores of my face. I had to completely change my diet, eating clean, limiting caffeine, no alcohol. I drink alkaline water, I take 6000 MG of curcumin turmeric, Omega fatty acids, iron, zinc, MSM, NMN, oregano w caprilic acid, collagen, biotin, echinecea, daily, and bathe 2 x daily with Epsom salt, essential oils, and a capful of bleach. I have no symptoms of Morgellons that are visible to the naked eye, but under magnification I do shed small black specks, and I get small black fibers on the surface of my skin. If you tho k you had a parasitic skin infection and it doesn't go away, and you have lesions, forgetfulness, joint pain and bad allergies, you may have Morgellons. Another tip is ... use Vicks ,or similar, in a Vaseline base and with camphor, eucalyptus, menthol, etc. ingredients on areas to stop nymphs moving around and to kill the mites. There is a sulphur Vaseline available online to buy also. I've read in an old Home Remedy book a few recipes to use on "body lice" as they were called back then. Camphor, eucalyptus, sulphur, and menthol are used a lot, in a base of glycerine or other. (I'll find the book and post some DIY remedies from it.) You can also use a sports rub or oil containing camphor, menthol and/or eucalyptus. But apply more than once and when necessary to get rid of them. Add Bosistos products to the washing machine and floor cleaning bucket, which are eucalyptus-based and insects hate it. Double- or single-strength vinegar would work well too for cleaning and added to the bath water, or spray it on if you can stand it. I made a DIY furniture refresher spray that I sprayed a line of ants with coming under the front door into my house. It killed them instantly and they didn't come back. Something that arsenic cannot even do. The recipe is something like: add 1/4 cup vinegar, rubbing alcohol, or vodka to 1/2 cup water and add about 10 or more drops of essential oils like eucalyptus, lemon, orange, lavender, or clove bud, and 1 teaspoon table salt, and shake well. You could spray that on if you can tolerate it. The vodka/alcohol/vinegar dissolves the oils and blends them into the water. Aristotle called them "flesh lice" so these things have been around for millennia. They could survive a nuclear war. But if doctors could diagnose and treat EVERYBODY adequately that would reduce them in the environment and eradicate most of them.

Little did I know, but I had scabies on and off for 18 months. I saw a dermatologist and despite checking me all over with his magnifying glass he did not diagnose the condition. I had very few rashes or bumps, but had intensive itching (particularly at night), occasionally sensitive skin when in the sun and often had goosebumps and chills. Strangely enough, the only thing that provided temporary relief from the itching was a very hot bath!? In the end, I took 2x treatments of Permethrin, 2x treatments of Ivermectin, but the game changer seemed to be 2x treatments of Malathion. In addition all clothes were changed daily, bagged up for 3x days or washed at high temperatures. All bedding was changed every other day - believe me this felt like some sort of super variant that made my life hell, so don't underestimate it!

I drench myself in liquid, Farm Grade Premetherin....I've done it ALL!!! I'm almost positive that these mites could possibly live, & survive with the intense lengths I've gone through. So I really think that I had a severe allergic reaction to the mites themselves, the eggs but mostly the feces they produce..it's crazy! I've also come to another conclusion, I live in the Deep South..the Alabama, Florida line..100 miles from The Gulf Coast, where we experience severe Heat, Humidity for long periods of time. We have very little Winters..the temperature rarely drops below 50-60 degrees and when it does, it quickly warms back up. This brings me to theory that these mites and many other mites, insects and other rodents just become more and more resistant.. I do know that it'll drive you insane! Especially at night...omg! It's took ravick on my skin with all of the damaging and powerful methods of treatment I've tried. . ..

I've had these for years. I made a homemade face toner with witch hazel (16 ounce with the alcohol in it) . Remove enough to accommodate: 1/3 cup vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon citric acid ( I use this when I am canning), and 10- 12 drops frankincense essential oil. The bugs don't like it and will emerge. Then you can wash your face with a washcloth. I even put it in my hair and leave on for an hour. It doesn't kill them all, but slows them down. They don't like these ingredients. I bathed in a couple containers of hydrogen peroxide and a full canister of iodized table salt every day for 2 weeks and nearly got rid of them, but somehow they came back. At least it gave me some peace. Sorry for being so long-winded. Oh, I also put tape on the lesions.

One method to save on power and water bills is to MICROWAVE your bedding, towels, and clothes in a large microwave oven. Buy a large microwave-proof bowl, tray, or container and zap items before washing. Nothing will survive in the oven. Be careful of metal and plastic things like buttons, zippers, and clasps. That would be a great treatment and maintenance plan, while not fading or wearing out clothing and fabrics so quickly.

The free things just started 2 months ago when I emptied a vacuum cleaner and I think I see black dots on my dog too Wednesday might be the bird mites because I have bird nest in my shed and my windows missing in my over my bed in my basement just half a window. The doctors are not acknowledging it they're saying it's all in my head in all cases that in varieties that I've had then I went to the emergency room because I couldn't get a any any treatment for my doctors. When I went to the emergency room they registered me and put me in a room behind the emergency room which was for people that will harm themselves and I was there for 2 days and they said I couldn't leave because they thought I was going to harm myself they never examined me at all. After the 2 days they sent me to a psych unit I was there for 4 days and no one would let me get the phone out of my car when I was at the emergency room getting in touch with anybody even a doctor and find help to watch my dog nothing. They pretty much the kidnapped me and locked me up in a psych ward for a week,😂 my skin did get better. ❤ I did have Ivermectin that I took four times in a year's time and they should have gave it to me more frequently but anyway when I got home from the hospital it started really bad again. One more thing ... I really think that a lot of skin conditions and diseases are actually scabies infestations with the undiscovered (as yet) various species. Conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, boil, acne, and scabies all have the exact same symptoms and can all be treated and cured using sulphur products. What does that point to? It's pretty obvious that the common denominator is scabies as the root cause. But doctors just are not trained to detect it. I doubt dermatologists can go far outside the textbook diagnoses either. If it's not in the book then they don't know. Cold sores also have the exact same symptoms. They can appear in clusters too, and start with an itch that develops into an ulcer on very delicate skin, goes numb, crusts over, and heals in a few weeks usually. That's scabies too. I put 5% permethrin onto an erupting itchy cold sore and the itching stopped, then it healed in a couple of days. I only get them when skin cracks around the mouth. They are considered to be "contagious" also. So, I think what should really be researched are the skin diseases and conditions with the same symptoms as scabies: Boils, acne, ichthyosis vulgaris (allergic reaction to scabies), keratosis pilaris, eczema, psoriasis, cold sores, chicken pox and shingles (chicken pox "virus" strain), even the new foot and mouth disease with red spots around the mouth looks like scabies. I hope you win the Nobel Prize in Medicine for Research. God bless and good luck.

Permethrin topically and Ivermectin orally. I had to take much more IVM than studies indicate. Every four days I took 24mg to kill the newly hatched nymphs.

Place a drop of super glue on the skin-place a microscope slide over the drop. Then tear off the microscope slide, examine the slide under a microscope, and you will see if there is any mites. This is a cheap reliable way to detect scabies.

@salina Do you have any signs of scabies? Like lesions or spots on your skin?
@luizclaudioferreira38103 жыл бұрын
I'm using cipermethrin concentrated only at some spots and it still can expel all of them. But adding some natural products definitely has helped. I'm a pharmacist but I've already lost my on those industrial medicines. Recently I discover a plant, a palm-tree which produces some specie of a small sticky coconut, which works as a trap for those bastards. I also have scabies living in my jaw line. I had them in my body probably my entire life, only found out it recently. You will need also clean your clothes and bed all the time, and use a vacuum. I like to use that dark side of kitchen sponges on my clothes.

Is Washing cloths at 90 degree temp and drying cloths at more than 30 degree temp enough to kill these mites?
@lindalewis52222 жыл бұрын
Nope! Hotter water I heard at least 130 degrees. Highest temp on your dryer. I put a little bleach in also and let them soak for an hour before washing. You can't get rid of them if their in your clothes I learned that!! 😩
