The Geminid meteor shower, known for its bright shooting stars, will be most visible on December 13 and 14. During its peak, the shower is expected to produce over 120 meteors per hour.
The Geminids began on Tuesday and will continue until Christmas Eve. This meteor shower is considered the brightest in the Northern Hemisphere.
