I got Norm`s book when i bought the dead mint 69/70 strat through Dave Swartz, featured far right page 45 about 10 years ago. Upon lifting the pickguard, she had Feb '70 pots. That book is still my go to reference for custom colors. Everyone should have a copy in their library.
