The report accused Buch and her husband of having a share in an offshore fund in Mauritius connected to the Adani family. Hindenburg alleged that this fund was set up by an Adani director and used by Gautam Adani's brother for investment in Indian markets to manipulate stock prices. This report comes 18 months after Hindenburg Research accused the Adani group of “brazen stock market manipulation” and “accounting fraud”. There are no direct connections in 2015 between the Buchs and Adani. an investment is an investment The amount invested vs the Market capital of Adani doesn't match to manipulate or control anything. The Supreme Court of India was happy with SEBI. Why is Palki so sure that SEBI is not straight? And her brush-off that it was not an economic hit on India is very callous. I was huge fan of Palki once but started realizing that she has sold her soul. Don't know who is bidder yet. Most of her reports seems biased. Few points which makes me think that Palki is biased here. 1)This information that she has investment in the FUND is in public domain and secondly when you invest on a fund management company you are least bothered where that money is being invested. Please note this company is in Singapore based. 2) Hindenburg report itself concludes that these findings are comments not facts. 3) You emphasized on SEBI chief's conflict of interest but did not emphasized on Hindenburg report's conflict of interest with same intensity. 4) You are one of those who trust outsider's more than our own agency or supreme court. There are couple of more stories that I can point out which make me to think Palki is no more that Palki which I use to admire. Palki is this your husband's influence or is there something else?
