How could a doctor who performs autopsies never consider insulin could be used as a murder weapon? 🤯

An icicle is just as deadly, as is a frozen carrot . Both are just as invisible and just as undetectable. I'm sure they do think of these things if the cod isn't obvious. There have also been times when the cod was air injected into the bloodstream. They can figure those things out.

What I've learned from watching these trials lately is that medical staff and examiners are too trusting when people die unexpectedly. She is a pharmacist and was probably able to talk her way out and they mistakenly trusted her because, maybe they don't want to question one of their own.

I had cancer. When I was given any information from another Dr or facility about my cancer or blood work or ct scans or whatever the results, I took them all to my medical health Dr. I didn't have her to wait on paperwork or to chase the paperwork from my other Drs. We have to be responsible enough to help our Drs and helping ourselves with our own health situations. She is just after something other than getting help for knowing if she has cancer. If she even thought she had cancer then she'd be top of what she needed to do next.

They're supposed to send those things to your family physician. That's how it works here, Zach is my family doctor also and he's the best doctor I've ever had. He actually cares about each and every patient he has.

Mad, isn't it! Its the oldest one in the book!!! All the old murder series used to have at least one or two murders using insulin.

A licensed pharmacist has access to insulin, but it would be fraudulent to obtain it without a prescription. If she took insulin from the hospital pharmacy she would be committing a crime. She needs to be found guilty!

Oh, you’re right. Forgot she borrowed a vial from her neighbor with the diabetic son. No reason she would’ve needed a vial, the son was never in her care. Also, didn’t she borrow it the day of husband’s collapse because she claimed the prednisone doctor gave her the day before caused her blood glucose to go up. She was never diagnosed with diabetes so was no reason she would’ve had a need for insulin.

Probably not common? They can't think of everything? Given he seems to have been a body builder though perhaps she should have done 5 minutes research? I don't know. It's easy to be an armchair critic. Cochran is or was a pharmacist and would not only know all about insulin, she wouldn't have needed to look it up so there isn't an electronic trail.
@shereesimons5887

@@lindafarnes486 Armchair critic here. I agree they can’t think of everything and it’s not that common. But when prosecutor asked she said she didn’t think about insulin as a murder weapon. Not just in this case. But someone’s blood glucose 21 would make alarm bells go off.

A person who was going to testify but got knocked out was allegedly going to say that N C was inf act working on contact in a hospital at the time of the insulin death. The point about this is that syringes are ten a penny in most hospitals and are not controlled much. The drugs are , the syringes, bandages and so on are pretty much non controlled. So Natalie could have got hold of a syringe with no trace at all of the purchase in this way.

@@WillBlindYouWithLight I bought a couple for putting oil on the joints of my clarinet in Melbourne once -again they were sold for cash from pharmacies to druggies - or Clarinet owners with a very unlikely story. Unfortunately mineral oil makes the plunger swell up. This was all done by the Australian health authorities to control the spread of Aids - You would not Credit how many people got AIDs from infected wooden clarinet bodies ... it's a Shockeer !! I take your point - Natalie C could potentially have got one or two incognito and for cash. Overall she looks as guilty as sin to me. It would all make sense to knock off Hubby before he went to the bank and realised the true horror of their position.
