My name is Desiree Riley, Im from Louisiana and I have been listening to your live myth readings since the first Day. I never seem to catch them live, but I never miss a reading! I think what you are doing is great and want you to know you are really helping alot of us out there escape, atleast for a little while, from all the madness going on in the world right now! Being on lockdown and pretty much being out of work with no income for the forseeable future, and living in the place with hight initial growth rate of confirmed cases for covid-19 in the world, It's not easy to escape! You have such a warm, calmness and a delightful positivity, that "story time" has become quite popular around here! (Me and several of my friends, coworkers, and family members have started to call your nightly readings our "story time") when I first introduced your videos to everyone I said, "Check this guy out, its like story time with an Irish Bob Ross or Mr Rogers" and "story time" stuck! Lol And I just want to thank you and tell you are helping more people than you could ever know.... Me and my two Dogs, my sister and several other IUC nurses, a bunch of bored out of work waiters and waitress, and several of my family members who are stuck at home with their kids, all look forward to our "story time" You have a fan club growing in Louisiana and you are truely helping make the world a better place in a dark time. Your simple act of kindness, of reading stories to help people forget for just a few minutes each day, is touching so many people across the world, many of which never have chance to catch you live or are too busy to message in.... so THANK YOU! BLESS YOU! AND PLEASE CONTINUE YOUR READINGS BECAUSE SOME OF US OUT HERE, REALLY NEED THAT EXCAPE RIGHT NOW!!!! with Love, Desiree and your Louisiana fan club

William Butler Yeats had written a poem regarding Oisin which is where I learned some of the finer details of this story - prior to watching this video, of course! Great videos, Sir, they have been an inspiration in this anxious time and hope you and yours are fine.

Golden apples are given out in the Norse sagas by Idun the Goddess to the Norse Gods to keep them forever young, may have some relevance to Yates poem.

Niamh came from the west? West of Kerry is Demir (south of Hy Brasil) Demir google translates to 'the devil' in Irish! Iron in Turkish. I was of the impression that Niamh represented tuaitha d'anu /de danann. They arrived from the North and went underground after their defeat.
