thanks for the vid, was hoping to see others having the same issue as us. depending on where we pull up sometimes its a mission to open/close the door while sometimes its butter smooth. we've put it down to chassis twist and the rubber seal being a bit to thick when setup at times:S

Great video 👍 My key will no longer lock the door on my swan. It just free spins 360 degrees. Any tips on how to fix this or do I need a new lock?

Hi George, unfortunately you will likely have to source a new handle/latch assembly. If it's a 2013 or newer they are readily available. Unfortunately pre 2013 is getting quite difficult. The latches used on the pre 2013 are a Eberhard 6000 series which you can source from the US however it can be hard to get someone to post and the cost does add up. I have been meaning to touch base with 1 Key Caravan to see if they can come up with an aftermarket solution for the lock barrel however haven't quite got that organised. I feel it probably won't work at this point as there isn't enough depth for their barrels.

I really appreciate your videos which has resulted in my purchasing 3 products based on your advice. I have a question on the Fiamma hand rail that I purchased recently. I am hoping to instal it myself on my Jayco Eagle camper trailer, but did your bolts screw right through to the inside wall of the camper itself, or to the inside cavity of the panelling, in which case I would have to remove to bolt it on? Why does your door hang from an angle to the roof when folded up? Ours lays flat against the roof when folded up
