AH's expert psychiatrist witness was a pompous train wreck. I loved him. He was one of the best witnesses for JD to date. He didn't have basic knowledge about ADHD and Adderall dosage prescribed for adults, but that didn't hold him from rendering his expert opinion. His primary field of expertise was drug addiction and domestic abuse, and yet he was clearly oblivious to the fact that drug addicts are vulnerable to becoming victims of domestic abuse. It's a crying shame that JD's lawyers didn't pounce on this "expert" on those two very important points. They could so easily have made him look like a clueless imbecile.

@@Kari.F. couldn’t agree more. I hope the jury still recognized how crazy and clueless and conceited he was. Cross did make him look like those things with him immediately losing composure and getting caught in flat out lies as he speaks. And then the part where he talks about shouting out his book lol if this was Elaine doing cross she would’ve totally gone on and on about how he’s doing it for clout.

@@trustyourgut5092 all of the evidence shows JD’s story to be consistent. AH’s team is only grasping at straws the entire trial and constantly arguing the evidence and how it was just missed all of these times. It’s unbelievable how she thinks her story overrides all of the evidence that she, herself took without JD knowledge and she never thinks to show any of the abuse. It reminds me of the extent of the excuses crazy people go to catfish like on the show lol

I feel like Johnny doesn't care about the money. He knows Amber would never be able to pay it anyways. So the number is just a number rather it was a million or 50 million. What I got out of Ms Howell's testimony was that Amber tried bribing her by getting Elon musk to send her a $250,000 check for her charity foundation and Johnnys lawyers also able to at least get Ms Howell to say she tried to get Whitney to tell the truth and knew she was lying to try and protect her sister so without saying exactly what Whitney told Ms Howell the seed is planted that Whitney lied for her sister and also that Amber tried bribing the witness and to me this is not a good look for Amber if she is willing to bribe a witness what else has she done.

The hand doctor today was the plastic surgeon doctor in the US. The one that AH's doctor referred to was Dr. Kulper who is testifying later. He's on the witness list. This one I believe was to dispute that he would have punched AH at the stairs repeatedly with the cast and somehow not damage the cast. I also think Mr. Night was going to say that he was told that Amber was the one who broke the light which is why they kept shutting that down.

I wanna say TMZ is exercising their rights correctly since they’re basing it on source-journalist confidentiality. In the spirit of journalism, I do agree that sources need to be confidential and protected. The video was illegally recorded and it also shouldn’t have been submitted into court evidence, hence this mess that the court is facing now. Does two wrongs make a right in this situation? Will rejecting this motion create a slippery slope of other source confidentiality for journalism?

To maybe hide her abuse of him, and get as much money and assets out of him in a divorce settlement. Which she tried to get 3 penthouses with him paying all the bills & upkeep, a alimony of $50,000. A month with $2,000. In clothing allowance, 7 million & much much more! Outrageous demands ....for more than two years of abuse & now having to save his name in a defamation case! Just wow! I hope the jury sees thru all the lies, because as an abused person myself, I can see Johnny has been thru a horrific life with Amber the Abuser! AH should be kicked off the planet!

I get worried about the impartiality of the judge when she refuses to let Jennifer's letter be considered, and does not force Heard to reveal the metadata, as the judge seems keen to cover up evidence that exposes Heard is lying. The jury should be able to hear that Whitney gave a different version of events. This is not hearsay, it is fact that she gave a different version of events. We should be shown the original state of the documents covered by metadata, so we can see what manipulation of the images took place afterwards. It does look as though the judge is doing a cover up of Heard.
@hiarhu746
@hiarhu746 2 жыл бұрын
She's not. She doesn't make the rules of evidence she makes judgment calls and enforces them. You're never going to agree with every call an unbias judge makes. There's a motion for sanctions pending over the metadata I believe Depp's team want her to instruct them that without the metadata there is no scientific way to determine the authenticity and AH ignored a court order to provide her devices for forensic examination. The other option on sanctions is a fine but if it's been pending this long, well it's probably going to be the jury instruction.
@johnnyhartley4330
@johnnyhartley4330 2 жыл бұрын
@@hiarhu746 You are just playing silly semantics, the judgement calls she makes depends on her personal bias. If I had a case against you and it included photos with no confirmation of their background you sensibly would not want them used in evidence against you, but that is precisely the situation this silly biased judge has allowed to happen all through the trial, instead of insisting only relevant evidence with metadata can be presented.
@hiarhu746
@hiarhu746 2 жыл бұрын
@@johnnyhartley4330 Yeah that's not how being a judge works. Judgement calls are not bias, they're part of the job. The clue is in the judge part. I'm sure you're an expert on all of the laws and rules of evidence she's an expert in and is tasked with seeing properly handled. You wouldn't just be over simplifying things to fit your preconceived opinion would you? Because ironically enough that would be bias.

So….if Johnny is made responsible (agent)for Waldman’s statements, then wouldn’t Amber certainly be responsible for the Washington Post’s article and title that she wrote and tweaked along with them? I mean we need to be consistent, here, right?🤷🏻‍♀️

She is responsible for the article… that for like 4 sentences have them sued so unjustly. On the other hand Waldman and Depp went together to a meeting with the Daily Mirror/ mail or whatever… also both were present during the Rolling Stone fiasco… And Waldman gave several opinions representing Depp and even act as his lawyer until he was kicked out of the Virginia court… not only against the Sun… but in the several suits that Depp made and have win none. Not a single one…

Judge has ruled twice that Johnny IS responsible for what Waldman wrote. That waldman was acting as his agent. As though Waldman wrote it for Johnny. Im saying if Waldmans statements caused Amber damages, then Amber and Washington post should have caused Johnny damages just the same. Thats what this case os about.

I don't believe anyone inflicts such a dreadful injury on themselves. The pain and shock I imagine would have been unbelievable. The writing in his own blood augmented by paint an act of fathomless despair. As a very inept guitar player myself I cannot imagine anyone committed to that facet of his beautiful gift hurting himself in this way. Some people are so disabled by their own vulnerabilities that they hurt others most especially those they profess to love. Think that may apply to Amber and I am sad for Amber to but would be very wary of any friendship relationship at this stage

I have a question not related to Johnny Depp. Legal aid of palm beach county sent me a cheque in the amount of 2900$ for their client first month and security deposit rent. After the tenant moved into .my house legal aid cancelled the cheque. Legal aid claimed my tenant is no longer their client. The cheque was not honored by the bank and bounced. The tenant still lives in my house. How do I collect my money? Legal aid in my mind operated fraudulently. They approached me and confirmed they will support her first month rent and security deposit. They fedexed the cheque to me and after she moved they cancelled it. Can a government entity operates in a fraudulent manner?
