AH's expert psychiatrist witness was a pompous train wreck. I loved him. He was one of the best witnesses for JD to date. He didn't have basic knowledge about ADHD and Adderall dosage prescribed for adults, but that didn't hold him from rendering his expert opinion. His primary field of expertise was drug addiction and domestic abuse, and yet he was clearly oblivious to the fact that drug addicts are vulnerable to becoming victims of domestic abuse. It's a crying shame that JD's lawyers didn't pounce on this "expert" on those two very important points. They could so easily have made him look like a clueless imbecile.

I get worried about the impartiality of the judge when she refuses to let Jennifer's letter be considered, and does not force Heard to reveal the metadata, as the judge seems keen to cover up evidence that exposes Heard is lying. The jury should be able to hear that Whitney gave a different version of events. This is not hearsay, it is fact that she gave a different version of events. We should be shown the original state of the documents covered by metadata, so we can see what manipulation of the images took place afterwards. It does look as though the judge is doing a cover up of Heard.
@hiarhu7462 жыл бұрын
She's not. She doesn't make the rules of evidence she makes judgment calls and enforces them. You're never going to agree with every call an unbias judge makes. There's a motion for sanctions pending over the metadata I believe Depp's team want her to instruct them that without the metadata there is no scientific way to determine the authenticity and AH ignored a court order to provide her devices for forensic examination. The other option on sanctions is a fine but if it's been pending this long, well it's probably going to be the jury instruction.
@johnnyhartley43302 жыл бұрын
@@hiarhu746 You are just playing silly semantics, the judgement calls she makes depends on her personal bias. If I had a case against you and it included photos with no confirmation of their background you sensibly would not want them used in evidence against you, but that is precisely the situation this silly biased judge has allowed to happen all through the trial, instead of insisting only relevant evidence with metadata can be presented.

After JD conquered his opioid addiction, had he been officially diagnosed with any non-tobacco addictions (vs recreational drug "abuse")? If not, shouldn't plaintiffs object to anyone characterizing Johnny or his behavior as being associated with "addiction"?

When did Johnny say he was Sober during this Trial? I don't remember him saying that. Did Johnny say he stopped doing drugs? Did Johnny say he stopped drinking wine? Also if it's true, when did Johnny stop?

Why isn’t anybody talking about the part Johnny lost in Fantastic Beasts. That is a huge movie with a huge following and he was absolutely replaced
@priscillabandy34522 жыл бұрын
I had this question too- now, I’m not sure if I’m correct but it was said per his contract he was paid even though he was replaced so because for a defamation case they have to prove/show loss in dollar and loss of revenue it isn’t of value to the case because it would be a $0 net gain
@bewilderedcat25362 жыл бұрын
He was paid for that movie. He has lost any future work for any sequels if they happen.
@B_Bodziak2 жыл бұрын
He was under a pay or play contract. He was paid his full contract amount. So, it isn't relevant to damages.
@RS-or8sh2 жыл бұрын
He got paid. Also he had to resign because of the outcome of the UK trial. I would imagine they can't bring it up as their not allowed to indicate to the jury that he lost that trial

What about the clip showing Amber seemingly snorting something in that tissue a few days ago? Why was that incident not investigated?

Because it isn't relevant to the trial and would be impossible to prove.

The attending doctor in Australia who first treated Johnny’s finger injury said that the injury was not indicative of being caught in a folding door as it was more likely an injury involving hard impact. Why isn’t anyone talking about that? He’s the doc who say it first hand fresh.

Is there indeed such a folding door in the house, and if so, has anyone looked at it?

Because that’s not even what Depp testified to. He said his guard told that it was from a cabinet door or something like that, supposedly to protect Heard…

I don't believe anyone inflicts such a dreadful injury on themselves. The pain and shock I imagine would have been unbelievable. The writing in his own blood augmented by paint an act of fathomless despair. As a very inept guitar player myself I cannot imagine anyone committed to that facet of his beautiful gift hurting himself in this way. Some people are so disabled by their own vulnerabilities that they hurt others most especially those they profess to love. Think that may apply to Amber and I am sad for Amber to but would be very wary of any friendship relationship at this stage

I have a question not related to Johnny Depp. Legal aid of palm beach county sent me a cheque in the amount of 2900$ for their client first month and security deposit rent. After the tenant moved into .my house legal aid cancelled the cheque. Legal aid claimed my tenant is no longer their client. The cheque was not honored by the bank and bounced. The tenant still lives in my house. How do I collect my money? Legal aid in my mind operated fraudulently. They approached me and confirmed they will support her first month rent and security deposit. They fedexed the cheque to me and after she moved they cancelled it. Can a government entity operates in a fraudulent manner?
