I have had type 2 diabets for 25 yrs i just but I still have to take my meds once you get type 2 its hard to reverse it, you can keep it under control by eating right, juicing can be loaded with sugar it depends on what you juice, the one he just made will not make your sugar go high. stay away from fruit juices that are loaded with sugar.

You didn’t have to throw the apples cores. They still got good juice in them. Also for the celery base you can have it in a small bowl or water it can regrow with new celery leaves 😍😍

It's good to hear that so many people are having a good experience with this juicer. Unfortunately I did not. I find this juicer a pain to clean due to the amount of parts and crevices, the pulp too wet, problem with the food going down the hopper, large chunks of pulp after juicing, having to cut the produce to much smaller size,

Great video!!! Health is wealth! Wanted to give a heads up for your knife’s longevity. That knife won’t cut clean for long if you keep chopping with that type of blade. The chef’s knife is curved so it can roll. Make downward cuts using a rocking motion from the tip to the end of the blade. Don't saw the knife back and forth through food. You can also try making a circular motion with the knife, keeping it on the cutting board the whole time. Happy cutting brother! Keep up the Great work!!!

I even did a little experiment to see how much more juice I could get from the pulp but it’s like you said in your video, that juicer is EVERYTHING. I think it may have yielded a little less than an ounce of juice.

Depending on what I use, I use some of the pop for different things. I give us more of a vegetable and maybe apple pop. I use it in soups to help thicken up the soups. And if it's like carrots and apples, I use it to make my carrot cakes or carrot cake muffins! I don't throw it awand also. I freeze some of it. So I can just drop it into smoothies as well.
