I grew up there. I was born in 1962. I live out in the woods in Oregon now and I see now how people cannot take care of themselves in cities how they don’t keep gas in their car. They rely upon the police and the ambulance is hopefully this situation will teach people to prepare for yourself. Do not wait for others to do it for you. Do not wait for help always prepare your life for the worst that can come.
