Get a calenders keep track of what you want to do. When your stressed over something go lay down for a bit and eat a snack drink some water go outside get some fresh air. Life is VERY challenging sometimes, but you were given a life, so enjoy it😊✨

I only exist because a bad doctor told my great grandmother her hip pain will go away if she gives birth to another child. This was during 2 World war, so she didn't really plan on having another baby. But she did, the hip pain never went aways but my grandfather was born. And on the other side of my family, my great grandfather served during world war 2 and probably would've died (I live in the first country germany took over so chances were especially big) but he got back home because they needed him to make SHOES and so he survived. Whenever I feel hopeless I remember these stories, remember how incredibly lucky I am to be here right now and I feel so much better.

Be happy that you won that race in which around a hundred million competed. I just searched it up so I’m not sure about this if it is true or not, but the probability of being born is 1 in 400 trillion. (Please don’t get angry on me if I got the stats wrong) But atleast less chances than winning a lottery. (I know that lotteries are nowhere near trillions, their stats are in millions).

I have no idea what a miscarriage is, but I had a similar experience. When My mom had me, everything that could have went wrong did, and the doctors told her to get an abortion but she didn’t give up.
