If your ATC sounds squelchy, I'd say look into a different antenna. When I'm at the airport I've got a clean and crisp response from both sides! I've got a Uniden Bearcat UBC125XLT and a Comet AB-1230 antenna.

I live close to LHR. Their tower rebroadcast on UHF is better to listen to then AM, which is used for the airside ops vehicles etc. The 125 is one of the best scanners for airband along with the AB1230

I listen to LiveATC in the US all the time to listen to aircraft coming in where I am picking up someone, and I believe it is delayed by about 10-15 seconds (or that’s just the lag time). Do you mean you cannot rebroadcast it on your feed?

It is illegal to rebroadcast ATC live in the UK.

Plenty of people have had their accounts suspended / removed etc through streaming ATC in the UK on platforms like Zello etc for others to hear. I have heard other live streamers at various UK airports with it on in the back ground. Listening to it in public at an airport is one thing, streaming it over the internet is another

On rejected takeoffs.... I was on a flight out of Singapore and the plane was turning into the runway and the engines were spooling up, when a passenger ran down into my section of the cabin to the nearest cabin crew member yelling "a passenger is having a fit!" The crew member jumped onto the intercom to the cockpit just as the plane had straightened for its takeoff run, and the takeoff was aborted. We went back to the gate, medical crew came on board, and the passenger and their family were taken off.
