There's a distinction in what Mark says. Trump's ego makes him act unhinged - he will get rates down by force. Trump would fire everyone at the Fed until he gets his way. Biden's approach wouldn't go that far/fast. Also, Trump would be keen to make his mark in his first 100 days whereas a continuation presidency would not be so inclined to demonstrate speedy change.
