I recently had to reach out to his office concerning a postal service issue, well my particular Post Office has been intentionally delaying mail for a while now. His office said they would look into it, and now my entire block and the surrounding blocks have had mail delivered on time, and early every day since I reached out. He isn’t even in Brooklyn and can still handle that. USPS customer service reached out to and said they were told “to call (me) at Representative Jeffries request, and to assure me I would no longer have any issues”. His office also helped my step mother (whom works for Parks dept.) with an issue concerning use of licensed movies for “Movie Nights” in parks in this district and his office got Warner Bros. To back of their dmca takedown request and to let her show the film (Color Purple) for Movie Nights. Jeffries is about action, and I will vote for him in any capacity I can.
