Live Neon Tetra disease discussion

Hi. Years ago when i operated fish import and retail stores we used a med called "NALAGRAM" for neon disease and other characins which would come in with the disease. I dont know if it is still available or under a different name. We sourced it from a food and med packer in San Jose California called Dyna Pet who is no longer in business. This med was 99% effective even in poorer water quality.

Do you know what the active ingredient is? I googles Nalagram and nothing comes up

I just had this go through my fish. I cleaned my tank completely with hot soapy bleach water and got new substrate. Can I disinfect my live plants of microsporidia or do I need to throw them away and start over?

Probably could give them a wrinse and a scrub and they would be fine
