Jay spent 14 decorated years in the military, 4 in the Parachute Regiment and 10 within the UK Special Forces. He has reached the summit of Everest not once but twice and was a part of the directing staff on Channel 4's SAS: Who Dares Wins.

Fascinating podcast. Sometimes, I think, we live to other people's expectations of us, rather than finding out what makes us happy. Jay's outlook has always impressed me, as he's obviously supercompetitive, has achieved so much, but remains so down to earth. Thanks for this.

This is the closest weve got at the moment to a super human ,made of flesh and Blood. MY God I wouldn't have got into the Paras , never mind Sf, But at the same time be highly intelligent. Thank god ,we have such men to keep the country safe .
