The contrast between violation of similar offenses across states is pretty crazy. In CA, you attempt to hide drugs right in front of the cop, get caught with Meth and means of using it all with an expired license and walk away with some citations. In Arkansas (or any southern/Midwest state) you get caught with meth that won't even register on a scale and you might as well be freaking El Chapo.
