You’re actually incorrect. If the vehicle is parked on private property, and can’t be seen from plain sight, then the agents have no rights to access your property without a warrant. The vehicle has to be on public property and accessible. In most states, you also have the right to defend your property from trespassers with any kind of weapon, as long as you use only reasonable force to remove them.

2:05 Except that the car legally doesn't belong to you until you pay every last penny for it. Your bank is only letting you drive THEIR car because you signed a legal document, saying that you agreed to pay a certain amount every month, and you did not hold up your end of the bargain, so, your bank recovered what was legally theirs. That's just the way car loans go. You could've refinanced the vehicle to better suit your budget, or turned it over to your bank and bought a vehicle that wasn't as costly. The bank might have been willing to work with you if you had been honest with them, but now, you're gonna have a repo on your permanent financial record, which will make it difficult to get another car loan. You've made your bed, so now you have to lie in it, and you have no one to be mad at but yourself. I know it sucks, but, that's what happens when you don't hold up your end of the deal.

I always find it hilarious how people will have an old POS vehicle and somehow they still can't make the payments on it. On a truck like that... the payments could not have been too high
