I was stopped one day, at the time I had a warrant for a misdemeanor, expired tags, suspended license, and no insurance. .I’m not a criminal, it’s a long story, but I had to go to CVS to pick up medicine and I was flying to CT. the next day for Xmas holidays. Sooo, I decided to take a chance and drive the very short distance to CVS. THE COP that stopped me could have arrested me and impound my car. As I sat there waiting for him to run my plates, I never prayed so hard ( LOL) , I thought I’d be in jail that nite for sure. The cop came back, was just as kind as coukd be, gave me a warning and let me go. I COULDNT believe my good fortune. I promised that officer that I would pray for him every day and I do that every day. I also promised him that I’d clean up the legal mess I’d created, which I did. If he had arrested me I’d never have been able to fly home to CT. the next morning. That trip was the last time I was physically able to go home to see my family.

I was thinking the same thing but the problem is you already gotta figure he drove to the store drunk. Now he’d be driving back home drunk.
