suggestion for you brother (as I am also doing this kind of work about petrol pumps). 1.Don't waste your time and energy on argument with the petrol pump workers and managers. 2. Just make video (hidden camera) 3. Before going on petrol pump put phone on air plane mode. 4. Install background video maker in phone. 5. Pay by cash only( don't give them any option to trace you later on. 6. Never raise complaint on company portal. 7. Create account on PG portal with mobile number that you don't use frequently. 8. Put fake name on true caller for that mobile number. 9. Put same fake name in pG portal. 10. Give your e-mail address on pg portal. 11. Submit detailed complaint on pg portal in writing. 12. Ask reply from company in writing only. 13. Don't pick up calls on mobile. 14. If you got any email from company to pick up calls, tell them to submit reply in writing only on pg portal . 15. Ask them for the reason and their action on dealership in writing. 16. Do the same on National consumer helpline webiste. 17. Make sure no one is following you after you get out from petrol pump. 18. First let the company officials give false statements in writing (believing in dealerships version) 19. Then send the video through email to the responsible officers e-mail id provided on pg portal (at bottom) 20. I know we are doing this for society but be safe. Because society needs us. Petrol bharwate samay jo handle hota hai uss par jo clip hoti usse niche girane k liye kah de warna ye number bhagayenge machine k aur petrol bhi gadi me nhi girega jisase ye worker monthly 1lakh se 2lakh kamate hai dyan rahe handle ki clip girade amount set karne k baad.nhi toh jamajho dhokha.
