He does every time Andrew!......You know, mass is 2 parts: liturgy of the word and liturgy of the Eucharist. The which cannot be separated He presides over liturgy of the word and because of his knee pain, another bishop/cardinal presides over the liturgy of the Eucharist: a kind of concelebration.

Any priest can celebrate mass. In the Lords vineyard, they are all equal. Attending mass is key. With his leg pain, it is fine for him to let other bishops or priests lead the mass.

Christians should never shy away from speaking on contemporary issues. We should never allow social injustices like racism, inequality, greed, selfishness, etc. The prophets like Amos had issues with rulers of their they because they face head on social injustice. Jesus when he met Nichodemus, he was very clear. He goes further and gives us to key commandments - to love God with everything and neighbour as ourselves. That homeless person you help on the street is better gesture than shouting TLM. But both is even better! We must love. We are children if God.
