Yes, they were, but they aren't necessarily on the character select. Press L+Y on the character select screen for Rafi and R+Y for Paprisu

@@skull_chain np!! I was a bit confused at first too, I thought the screenshot on the announcement tweet was just a placeholder until they added the icons This does mean that the amount of characters they can add is pretty limited though if they stick to this system, unfortunately
