This develop to deny is disheartening-i just was given a 2nd mental health exam cuz they wanted clarification on childhood-like they want to say i had mental health problems b4 i joined-which i didnt-they really waste all this time to deny?1 year now-also prostitus claim-looks like things have been uploaded to i am hoping i dont have to appeal-but i will as i know prostate was injured in service-how often do they deny-just to see if you will go away?

Does anyone know if you had 10%on a disability for 8 years and it gets increased does that change the effective date for the original rating?

Jan 31,1986 Ft Hood Tx I was held for over 7 hours. During this time I was “Training Raped” sodomized, knock unconscious at least 3 times. I became pregnant as I was using a diaphragm as birth control. I filed in 2009 and in 2016 I went to a hearing at the hippie building Mn and was assigned 100%. I did not get back pay to the date of the attack. I filed for it in 2021. The Rep at Whipple said “why rock the boat you might loose what you have.
