Vanessa is my favorite designer! I began quilting a few years ago and I adore her works. From fabric design to quilt patterns, she always makes quilting a joy to me. I always get so many compliments on my finished quilts and I always tell people about her beautiful designs.

I love, love both Vanessa’s designs and fabric!! I am always drawn to them when I see new fabrics come out. I also love the fact that she changes up her color ways. It seems many designers keep coming out with the same colors over and over, just changing the designs on them. I don’t want to keep making the same color quilts over and over, so I appreciate the change of color ways from Vanessa! I so enjoyed this video!

What a lovely catch-up. I'm new to quilting, and it's really helpful to find new designs. I definitely need to make some of Lella Boutique quilts. Sadly, living in the UK can make it an expensive purchase, but I see some are PDF, so an equal opportunity to buy at a good price . I really enjoy watching Kimberly and have many things in my head to remember.Starching is definitely something I will be doing . Thank you ❤

My absolute favorite Lella Boutique fabric line is “Gooseberry”!!! After that it is a toss-up between “Sugar Pie”, “Olive’s Flower Market”, and “Smoke & Rust”…. But I also love “Nest” and “Lollipop”…. Wait…hold on… let me look at my stash again…….😂😂😂

I have had the same delicate about a quilt for the men in my family. What I have come up with is plaids or plaid flannel or denim. There are also things like fish fabric, deer or hunting, golf and other sports in fabrics. Hope these suggestions help.

Awesome trunk show Kimberly and Vanessa. Love the Dashing pattern, I can see it made up in Old Glory 🇺🇸 or any patriotic prints. I would love to see a brother collection to Smoke and Rust. I make charity lap quilts for men in a local memory care center and it’s not always easy finding fabrics for men. Smoke and Rust was one of my favorite collections.

Vanessa is my favorite designer of all time. When I first started quilting Nest was leaving shops and I couldn’t get precuts… I bought a F8 bundle on Etsy and have every other line since then… with “planned” projects for each… I bought all Christmas Eve patterns before the fabric came out and bought Christmas morning remnants to start the quilts! 😊 Thank you!!
