Hey Brandon am just 15 trying to go into classical music .I've been playing guitar since last 6 years i really wanna improve myself can you please give me some advice
@brandonacker10 күн бұрын
Yes, find a very good teacher. This is the best thing you can do for yourself. You can take my online courses at classicalguitar-pro.com/ and then try lessons with one of my teachers at Arpeggiato.com if you don't have a great teacher yet. Practice as much as you can but make sure it's good quality practice and not just performing your pieces hundreds of times. Practice makes permanent! Lastly, focus on telling a story with your music. Moving the listener is the ultimate goal. So exaggerate the expressivity of the piece so that it is moving, clear, and beautiful always :) I'm wishing you the best on your journey! Brandon

@@brandonacker perfect answer ! And it applies to any instrument i guess ( well ,maybe less for rythmical ones ) . I asked the same to Harry Connick jr years ago on his website when i started the piano and his answer was similar to the one you gave this subscriber . Great !

You play so nicely. Trim those strings or tucked them away. It just looks sloppy and lazy and distracting.

Your really not playing, it was taped and your faking it.
