Live Shiny Dusclops in Sky Pillar after 22,812 Encounters! (Phase 1)

hey everyone! i'm starting up a new hunt for my favorite pokemon, altaria, in the sky pillar! the first phase was this gorgeous dusclops that came just under 23k, im expecting many more phases since my target is 6%. thanks for watching and good luck on all of your hunts!
