Pro Tip: if you caught your Shiny and you wanna show off it's sparkles, do not encounter the wild pokemon you wanna show it off against, BY TOUCH, instead, approach it, lock on by Pressing ZL, and throw your ball with ZR. Then the sparkles will be shown.

There is a spot where you can just stand there and keep resetting picnic table, but you must know where exactly the spot is. There will be 15 spawns at once. Still trying to figure out cyndiquil best spot. No luck so far
