Live!! Shiny Lickitung reclaim after 4,412 REs Plus 2 Phases on Pokemon HeartGold Reclaim Quest!

Back in June 2019 I found a shiny Lickitung during Safari Week, sadly I was not able to catch it so I had to reclaim it.
Now, after all this time I finally found and reclaimed Lickitung after a couple phases!
