People keep commenting on Pete, I love this man!!! The joy he has when he talks about his tree houses, the kid in him comes out. Most of the videos people just talk too much about why they did what they did, but you can see his JOY and LOVE he has for these homes and the forest. If you are complaining about Pete, then you clearly haven't seen his tree house masters show. This is the first tiny home tour I have not skipped ahead.

I so adore this tiny tree house! Actually I have yet to see a tree house that Pete Nelson and his crew of talented guys have built that I didn't like! Each one is unique and exactly what the people who hire Pete and his crew to build their dream tree house want! When Pete arrives to talk to the people about what they do want and don't want in a tree house most don't realize that, Pete is a great Listener and picks up on things that are said in passing or mentioned briefly. By doing this Pete always comes up with that extra special item he will design, and build. When the tree house is done being built the people are shone their tree house, and when the tour is over, Pete presents that special item last, the look on the peoples faces when they see the special item is priceless, as they are so very much in awe that he has given them something they never suspected!

Beautiful house and surroundings. Thanks for sharing. You mentioned Monroe Washington in your comments. I helped my Uncle in the summer of 1979 just before my senior year in Sunnyside WA. to build a log cabin in Monroe. That was one of the most enjoyable experiences from my teenage years. He was working in the Seattle area as a Fireman/Paramedic at the Duwamish Fire District.

That was pretty cool. Great pick for a tour. I love treehouses. That guy really puts his heart into building them. I like hearing all the details and thoughts that go into it too. The drone shots take it to another level that you can't see from the tree house itself. Nicely done.😎👍😘

The metal doesn't hurt the tree? I had a cherry orchard in Selah Washington and the trees would weep when my husband would leave- ( yes they did) when he'd come home the literally would perk up and their branches would rise up-

What a lovely tree house. I live in Olympia and behind the Capitol is a steep, forested dropoff overlooking the Deschutes river. I often fantasize building a wheelchair accessible treehouse there so everyone could enjoy what it's like being in the canopy. I do have a question. Is that a highway or waterfall we hear in the background?

I have always wanted one for the grandkids and myself! I just can't afford anything for the time being. I am in MS on 16 1/2 acres of mostly forest. I don't want to cut anything but a few do need to come down. They won't pay crap for cutting and pay by the ton. They would wipe out my whole forest!

Im planning to do something like that to retire in the night and sleep with the creatures of the forest, but what if the tree keeps growing? I think the small house will crack and loose stability . That one you have looks amazing place to share with nature, Maybe Adan and Eve had things like that; Who knows?
@toptobottom2475 жыл бұрын
If I had a desire to live in the forest. This is the way I would want to do it. But I definitely need a bigger space. Even if it's a few spaces bridged out to a few trees. I need living space, sleeping space, tiny (functional) kitchenette and a desk area and a bathroom plus an observation deck.
