We implement our sales process in their business. If they're not willing to follow, we can't offer that guarantee. Also most contractors work on an emergency basis, so not a lot of "closing" involved. My best niches for results/retention is home services by far.

They can either do $5k one-time + 10% or $2k retainer, either one is up to them. They just pay for their own leads.

Hey Dan, thanks for the video! I wonder if you could help me with one question. I'm running ads for a remodeling company (bathrooms), using some 20s videos, edited, going to a LP. I'm getting a lot of landing page views (costing about $3.50) but no leads lmfao. I'm retargeting them with more videos and them retargeting again with a discount (10%), the last retargeting ads are waiting a bigger public to start running but its on. Do you have any recommendations? Thank you!

Sounds like we're just running traffic ads, which will only bring people who are most likely to click, not really likely to convert. Run the campaign objective for lead submissions and optimize for clicks

That usually happens for us when we use local numbers for outreach, we stick to toll free and haven't had any issues with that
