I like the way how you thoroughly scrutinize the tear. How many MRI studies you used to report a day before the pandemic?

hi Hasan, thx, it depends on the spectrum, if purely MRI list, normally i would say 30 MR a day, peaks at around 50 back at the univesity hospital (again, depends on how you count), that would be segments, not patients. mixed lists with plainfilm and MR, no idea :)

Can we rule out osteoid osteoma in case #2? Maybe I missed the age of the patient... Im just surprised about the strong soft tissue edema and the hypointense infraction zone seems somehow "nidus like".

The patient is 50 years something if I remember correctly. But it's an excellent idea and DD, but in this case unlikely based on age and medical history, Although only limited information available. In younger patients intraarticular osteoidosteomas typically do not show a lot of sclerosis, just lots of edema like changes. Thank you for the comment!

Hi, I have recently started watching your lectures and find them quite glueing. I will like your comment on tendinous insertion of lateral head of gastrocnemius in case # 2 (any tendinopathy/tear ?? there).
