The ESC may be part of the reason, but it‘s more other very relevant issues the band faced that lead to the name change. The ESC reps of Germany we‘re referring to the music, when they said it‘s not playable on the radio. As for the ring of the new name: Once you get used to it, you realize just how good it fits + if you split it differently, it becomes „Electrical Boy“ which is kind of funny.
