@@carlmartin8349 Goto USA(Seattle city) and see what is called expensiveness?? Goto some regions of canada such as urban areaas of GTA-Toronto... and see which one is costly?? You forgot one big thing. That Aussie has min. 18 to 22 dollars/hr even you work in labor industry. The Usa and Canada barely you get min. wage of 14/hr. That too if you are lucky enough to maintain your permanent job. Let say you do not have enough on you to pay rent then you can buy one comforter and can sleep on the street. But in Canada, 6 months are fully covered under heavy snowfall and very cold environment. You can not even sleep on the road or bench or in the tent. There are so many other things to share with you but as of now I will tell by 3 basic factors to live the life -1)Food 2)Shelter and 3)Water. At least you could afford even you do not earn in Aussie. But in Canada no way man.

Yeah the Auckland fireworks are so incredibly disappointing and pathetic it's a wonder why they do them at all. Now I know they can't do this amazing level of fireworks but they should incorporate Harbour Bridge like Sydney does and at least get a few special fireworks for the display instead of those little puffs of sparks they did.

Well first you need an icon bridge big enough to hold it on. Then you need an iconic harbor to put the bridge on. Then you need balmy summer weather to draw the crowds to make it worth while. Then you need somewhere open enough to put a couple of million people so they can watch the show.
